SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery and Lead Times: Delivery dates are estimates only. Installation should not be scheduled until products have been received and inspected.
Measurement & Quantity: Purchasers/installers are solely responsible for all measurements. VinylPlankDirect.com is not liable for measurement errors.
Shipment Inspection
Obvious Damage: Must be noted on delivery paperwork prior to driver’s departure.
Concealed Damage: If found after unpacking, do not install. Report with photos to VinylPlankDirect.com within 3 business days.
Incorrect/Incomplete Orders: Must be reported within 3 business days.
Installation:
Inspect all materials before installation. Do not install products with visible defects. Installation constitutes acceptance and voids warranty coverage for visible issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Allowed within 30 days of delivery.
Must include minimum of 5 unopened boxes.
Products must be unopened, original, and properly stored.
Custom orders, clearance items, and installed products are non-returnable.
Non-VPD SKU returns subject to 25% restocking fee.
Refunds
Issued to the original form of payment within 2–4 weeks after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of error or defect.
If caused by VinylPlankDirect.com, return shipping and restock fees will be covered.
WARRANTIES
Each product carries a warranty from its manufacturer.
In case of a claim, the manufacturer may require inspection by a certified National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) inspector at the customer’s expense. If a defect is confirmed, inspection costs may be reimbursed.
PROMOTIONAL POLICY
All promotions, coupons, and discounts are subject to change without notice. Offers apply only to stock on hand, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and are valid only in the contiguous United States.
SALES TAX

RECEIVING & INSPECTING YOUR DELIVERY
All freight shipments require customer presence for signature.
Count and inspect all materials immediately upon delivery. Claims for damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days.
FORCE MAJEURE
VinylPlankDirect.com shall not be held liable or responsible for delays, damages, or failure to perform caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, fire, flood, storms, pandemics, government restrictions, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, transportation interruptions, or any other event that renders performance impracticable or impossible.
In such cases, VinylPlankDirect.com’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume fulfillment as soon as practicable.
ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, (1) no arbitration shall be joined with another; (2) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class-action procedures; and (3) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or other persons.
